<p>JAP KREATIONS currently delivers to Australian addresses only. International shipping is not available.</p>
<h2>Shipping methods and charges</h2>

<li><strong>Victoria:</strong> Standard A$10; Express A$15.</li>
<li><strong>All other Australian states and territories:</strong> Standard A$12 (signature required); Express A$20.</li>
<li><strong>Free Standard shipping:</strong> available when the order subtotal is A$100 or more.</li>

<h2>Processing and delivery estimates</h2>
<p>Processing time varies by product. Personalised and made-to-order products can require longer preparation, so review the product information before ordering.</p>
<p>Enter the recipient’s Australian address at checkout to see the current delivery estimate. Standard and Express estimates are not guarantees and may change because of the address, carrier delays, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our control.</p>

<h2>Addresses and redelivery</h2>
<p>Please check the recipient’s address before completing the order. If a parcel is returned because an address was incorrect or incomplete, an additional shipping charge may apply before redelivery.</p>
<h2>Delayed or lost parcels</h2>
<p>If tracking indicates that a parcel is delayed or lost, contact us through the website contact page or at japkreations@gmail.com and we will help you contact the delivery provider.</p>
