Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to Australian addresses only.
How much does shipping cost?
- Victoria: Standard A$10; Express A$15.
- All other Australian states and territories: Standard A$12 (signature required); Express A$20.
- Free Standard shipping: available when the order subtotal is A$100 or more.

When will my order arrive?
Enter the recipient’s Australian address at checkout to see the current delivery estimate. Processing time varies by product, especially for personalised or made-to-order items. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays can occur after dispatch.
Should I order by 24 August for Raksha Bandhan?
24 August 2026 is our planning cutoff for Rakhi orders. Ordering by that date does not guarantee arrival before Raksha Bandhan. Check the product’s processing information and the address-specific estimate at checkout before ordering.
